I discovered this album by accident while randomly clicking Bandcamp and sat entranced. I've been exploring them since. A good metal band has solid strings, percussion and vocals, and this has all three. I wanted to talk about their strongest part, but I don't think I can separate them out. Abyss has a flawless integration of sound the likes of which I don't hear in most bands. My only compliant is Waking Dream and Abyss should really be one song.
